"Fishermans Picnic Lunches"
The Tayside is well known for delivering its 3-course“Fishermans’ Picnic Lunches” to Beat Huts up and down the River Tay. With a varied choice of starters, main courses and desserts along with wines, beers, whiskies, soft drinks and snacks this service is just as popular today as it has always been.
We have updated the menu for the start of the 2010 season and we hope that you like the choices on offer, but, as ever, if you would like something a little different or there are specific dietary requirements to be taken into account please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to produce a menu to meet your needs.
During busier times of the season we require 48 hours notice for a Picnic order, especially if you require something not on our standard menu, however a Picnic from our standard menu can usually be provided to your Beat Hut with just 24 hours notice.

If you have any problems accessing the order form please contact the Hotel direct and we will be more than happy to send one via your preferred route.
Working Lunches
The Tayside Hotel has worked closely with local businesses for some time providing buffet lunches to order. Options range from a simple sandwich buffet lunch with savouries and tempting home baking to hot bacon or sausage rolls or jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings.

Delivered Lunches
As from 16 November 2009 the Tayside Hotel is offering a new service of a ‘delivered lunch’ to businesses and organisations located within Stanley village.
The service aims to offer a Deli style lunch service with the added bonus of having it delivered directly to your place of work! No more venturing out in the snow or rain and you get to choose what you want on the day you want it without having to leave the office! The menu doesn’t just offer sandwiches either – with soups, jacket potatoes and macaroni cheese featured alongside baguettes and wraps as well as snacks and drinks this really is a comprehensive menu!
We will collect order forms daily from the agreed ‘collection point’ within your organisation at 10.30am Monday to Friday. Your lunch order will then be freshly prepared to your specification in the Hotel Kitchen and delivered back to you between 12.00 and 12.30pm.

From time to time we will be making special offers available to you so watch out for details of these with your lunch order or at your Collection Point. In time we hope to improve the service with the option of faxing order forms across to the Hotel and hopefully an online order service as well.
Although the service is initially limited to just Stanley village we would be more than happy to discuss delivering to your place of work if you are within 10 minutes drive of the village.
